This is one of the best supplements I’ve ever taken. Before, I was dealing with brain fog, low energy and that horrible feeling of trying to focus but nothing connecting. Now my mind feels clear, my energy is back and I’m able to speak fluently without losing my words which, as a podcast host and coach, is absolutely essential. I genuinely feel more switched on and more myself. It’s made such a difference.
